While Cold Front Air Conditioning has been a trusted name in the Tweed and Gold Coast regions, they still don’t have a solid online presence. Brand Shack’s task was to redesign the Cold Front’s website to make it look modern and true to its branding. The website should also provide an exceptional user experience for visitors and customers and should showcase their different product and service offerings. Most importantly, the new website should allow visitors and customers to easily request a quote for an air conditioning service.
The Brand Shack team incorporated modern graphics and layout, reflecting Cold Front’s solid branding and expertise in the field. We designed the homepage to make it look clean and fresh, containing relevant images and information that highlights the Cold Front’s unique branding and value proposition.
Part of the solution is to make Cold Front a one-stop hub for air conditioning installation and servicing requirements. So we included a nifty system for quote requests, as well as an online form for scheduling air conditioning maintenance work. The goal is to encourage visitors to submit enquiries and to make it easy for them to schedule air conditioning maintenance. Taking user experience into consideration, the forms are easy to navigate, having dropdown options for several of the information needed to make a proportional estimate.
The new website is also designed to be responsive and mobile-friendly to make it easier for customers to request a quote or schedule service on any mobile device.
With the launch of Cold Front’s new website, Brand Shack also managed its Facebook page and created branded content, such as advertisements, graphics, and informative videos for social media sharing. We developed content that would help position Cold Front as a trusted local air conditioning contractor and provide useful information about air conditioning maintenance, seasonal maintenance requirements, energy-saving, and buying guides, among others.
As part of our digital marketing initiatives, we also populated the new website with keyword-rich blogs on a weekly basis, featuring the most-searched topics about air conditioning maintenance, energy-saving tips, product recommendations, and other helpful insights. The goal is to make Cold Front a trusted resource and authority figure in the local air conditioning industry.
The project also includes a monthly SEO campaign to improve Cold Front’s position in search engine results pages (SERPs). The Brand Shack team takes care of the following key SEO functions:

After launching, there was a spike in the number of website visitors and views. Organic page views are nearly 50% high since going live in March 2018. The quote and service request systems are also generating enquiries consistently. In the first month of our SEO campaign, Cold Front ranked among the to 10 in SERPs, and then moving up to 3rd and the 1st spot for relevant keywords. Cold Front also ranks 1st in the local pack of Google search results.
